OWNER OCCUPIED REHABILITATION PROGRAM​

Fixing quality of life issues that pose dangers to the health and safety of our homeowners.

NOEL’s “Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program” provides rehabilitation services to the homes of elderly and/or disabled, low-income residents of Jefferson Parish at no cost to the homeowner. These projects fix quality of life issues that may have a negative impact on the health and safety of the home owner. Repairs also may include rehabilitation services that make the home more handicapped accessible.
